Within Business Banking, the Fund My Business (FMB) Journey is focused on delivering competitive
lending solutions with speed and simplicity to meet the evolving credit needs of our customers. By
aligning technology, process, policies, and customer experience, Fund My Business aims to elevate both
colleague and client interactions while enabling seamless credit monitoring, decisioning, and operational efficiency. The Leverage Data as a Strategic Asset team uses predictive models and analytics that generate insights leading to process efficiency and enhanced risk management.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role will support planning, managing,
and executing on the end-to-end delivery and management of data and analytics programs with the objective of delivering value faster across all segments and reducing the overall effort across the credit journey, while maintaining sound risk management and compliance.
Accountabilities
- Lead and support discovery, planning, business casing, and delivery of analytics and automation that simplify branch work, enhance efficiency, and improve the credit journey.
- Facilitate and lead cross-functional working sessions, driving alignment and momentum on assigned initiatives.
- Collaborate across business segments to expand the use of data and analytics, improving process effectiveness and decision quality.
- Develop reporting and insights that enable program monitoring, strengthen understanding, and inform continuous improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Business Banking credit products, processes, and policies, with emphasis on Commercial Credit.
- Act as business lead or support for model monitoring attestations, annual reviews, validations, and recalibrations to ensure model performance and compliance.
- Champion analytics change and adoption, working closely with Communications and Change Management to ensure impacts are well understood, managed, and communicated.
- Integrate data-driven insights into business processes, colleague tools, and customer engagement strategies.
- Drive strong cross-functional partnership to secure buy-in and ensure successful implementation of analytics initiatives.
- Identify and escalate key issues to appropriate stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
- Promote a culture of strong risk management and control, aligned to TD's risk appetite and operational standards.
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment, sharing knowledge, best practices, and supporting peer development.

- Preferred: Small Business or Commercial Banking experience.
- Preferred: Project management experience.
Experience & Education
- 3+ years of experience in Business Banking; experience in Commercial Credit is considered an asset.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline; graduate degree or relevant certifications considered an asset.
- Strong influencing skills with proven ability to make recommendations and engage stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to recommend and assess end-to-end process improvements.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with strong initiative, ability to work independently, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to connect initiatives to objectives and key results and support outcome-driven execution.
