A successful candidate in this role will champion integration across stakeholders to deliver unified marketing plans that deliver on business and communications objectives. You'll play a key role in planning, developing, and optimizing our campaign and messaging strategies across multiple portfolios - informed by insights and data - to ensure our marketing efforts are positioned to improve consumer perceptions, capture attention, drive consideration, reinforce competitive differentiation, and deliver results for acquiring and retaining customers.


Here's how

    •Facilitate quarterly planning within Go To Market Acquisition, providing guidance on how to support business and marketing priorities through tactical plans and activities •Design and optimize the Home Solutions messaging strategy, integrating all portfolios in a manner that's prioritized, actionable, and complementary while gaining alignment from necessary stakeholders •Lead the strategic development of unified Home Solutions marketing activities, including large-scale mass-market advertising campaigns, designed to improve consumer perceptions and competitive differentiation •Advocate data-driven decision-making by ensuring strategic plans are supported by the right insights gained through previous marketing activities, best practices, proprietary or external research, industry intel, and best-in-class case studies •Drive planning among stakeholders to deliver cohesive strategies for in-store merchandising and 1:1 activities •Assess pitches for community-level sponsorships and events, ensuring that approved activities align with overarching marketing priorities •Maintain and optimize the Go To Market Acquisition budget •Design opportunities to test new messaging, media, and offers with a rigorous approach to reporting and insight •Provide strategic overviews, updates, and recommendations to the leadership team for visibility into programs and decision-making for future planning •Uphold the brand and act as a brand ambassador



Qualifications:

You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •A natural leader, known for your ability to bring groups together and communicate a vision •Significant experience leading projects and large-scale campaign strategies, from brief through to campaign measurement and evaluation •Proven experience developing marketing communications plans for leading consumer facing brands that meet or exceed objectives •A real eye for identifying opportunities when working on direct response, mass, social, and digital activities •Recognized for your ability to plan strategy, share a vision, and execute on top priorities •Known for creating positive environments, influencing cross-functional teams, and using your high emotional intelligence to foster creativity
Great-to-have
    •5+ years progressive experience in Marketing, Planning, and/or Communications •A business undergraduate degree in Marketing or Communications
