As a member of the Voice of People department, you will be part of the team responsible for amplifying the voices of our people to improve our employee experience. The Senior Manager, Employee Listening operationalizes our Voice of People strategy, taking the feedback of thousands of employees and translating it into actionable opportunities that drive incredible impact on employee engagement and outcomes. THE JOB As the Senior Manager, Employee Listening, you will:
- Support to define the approach for delivering a meaningful and comprehensive Voice of People Program
- Identify survey topics to understand the degree to which Aritzia is delivering on our employee value proposition
- Lead the design of surveys that meet business needs and address topics including engagement, DE&I, culture, employee lifecycle, and more
- Lead the execution of key employee surveys, working cross-functionally to ensure an effective launch
- Accurately and clearly interpret and organize results, elevating opportunities identified by the surveys
- Share and articulate survey insights in a clear and engaging manner
- Enable program success by effectively managing across people, process, and technology
THE QUALIFICATIONS The Senior Manager, Employee Listening has:
- A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
- Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Microsoft Excel and data visualization
- The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
- The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
