The Role: The Senior Manager, Advisor Development and Leadership Coaching , is accountable for delivering impactful coaching programs that elevate advisor proficiency, enable leaders to coach effectively, and ultimately drive growth, client experience, and scalability in high-net-worth practices.
This individual will play a dual role:
1. Lead the Developing Investment Advisor (DIA) program, supporting advisors and their branch managers.
2. Coach senior leaders across the wealth business, equipping them with tools and strategies to develop high-performing teams and client-centric practices.

- The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in wealth management, proven coaching and facilitation skills, and a strong ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
Accountabilities
Advisor Development Program
- Manage TD Wealth's Developing Investment Advisor (DIA) program
- Provide coaching to developing advisors and their Branch Managers in the spaces of practice growth, business development, and financial planning capabilities
Leadership Coaching Across Wealth
- Provide coaching and development to leaders across Financial Planning, Private Investment Advice, and Private Banking
- Partner with business heads to identify leadership capability gaps and deliver targeted coaching interventions
- Facilitate group sessions and leadership roundtables to strengthen coaching, performance management, and practice-building skills
- Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, contributing insights from the field to refine strategy and execution
Required Capabilities
- Proven success leading large-scale programs / initiatives
- Demonstrated success in coaching advisors and leaders, ideally within HNW client segments
- Strong facilitation skills with experience leading workshops, group sessions, and executive discussions
- Excellent understanding of practice management disciplines

Required experience & Education
- 10+ years of progressive experience in wealth management (financial planning, private investment advice, private banking, or related fields)
- Coaching certification (e.g., ICF) considered an asset but not required.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced designation (CFP, CFA, MBA, or similar) preferred.
