Senior Labour Relations Professional


Relying on your keen awareness of the provincial labour relations environment, you will work directly with a client group of school districts to provide advice and guidance on labour relations and human resources initiatives and activities.


Your labour relations responsibilities will include providing advice and assistance for negotiations, administration and interpretation of collective agreements, and advice on grievance and arbitration cases.


Beyond your direct client duties, you will provide strategic advice on BCPSEA operational initiatives, write articles for association publications, participate in association conferences and seminars, and participate in or lead specific projects.


Whether you are working with our client boards of education, provincial government representatives, partner associations, or union representatives, you have the well-earned reputation for consistent, high-quality strategic thinking and solution-oriented decision-making.


In addition to relevant education and experience, the successful Senior Labour Relations Professional will demonstrate superb quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, excellent verbal and writing skills, and will exercise independent judgement within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
