As the Senior Director, Retail L&D, you will manage the development and delivery of Retail learning programs to cultivate a sustainable, high-performing internal talent pipeline to support Distribution Network growth. THE ROLE
As the Senior Director, Retail L&D you will:
• Provide best-in-class, business driven learning and development offerings

for our Retail people
• Standardize and optimize Aritzia's unique Retail learning map
• Gather, structure, and simplify the Retail material that will be trained on
• Translate content into an effective, engaging learning experience for Retail

talent
• Drive effective learning by championing learning objectives for Retail
• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly manage

and lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate

objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible

employee experience

THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Director, Retail L&D has:
• Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications,

including experience in a similar Learning & Development role
• A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values,

Business and People Leadership principles
• The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the

pursuit of shared business outcomes
• The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the

team
• A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportuni

• A deep understanding and commitment for the industry in which we operate

This Sr Director, Retail L&D can be based in Vancouver, Toronto, New York, Chicago, or LA.
