We are the Salesforce team! We are a group of 25 passionate individuals committed to create the best CRM for the Collaborative Health Team (750+ users) using Salesforce. We have a strong technical team that strives to implement the right functionality using the latest Salesforce features, covering the end-to-end process of the Collaborative Health Team. Over the last 10 years, we have developed a Salesforce Org with a lot of functionality using Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ (Order and Contract), Custom Project management, Field Services, Training, Service Cloud with Knowledge Centric Support (+250 users) as well as Customer and Partner Community Portals. We also have several integrations to other software and systems. We use the agile methodology and a continuous delivery process for all of our development work.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will work with the Solution Architect and development team to support the design/implementation of solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. Primarily using Salesforce.com (SFDC), you are always looking to transform design solutions into working deliverables, and drive continuous improvement in our development processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
•Identifying, assessing, and recommending SFDC solutions
•Designing and managing ongoing development of Salesforce.com to meet the organization's mission
•Developing using Apex and VisualForce
•Customizing fields, layouts, objects, security, reports, and dashboards
•Performing Salesforce.com configuration, including definition and implementation of Org-wide defaults, Roles, User Profiles, Record Ownership rules, Sharing Rules, etc
•Creating and maintaining profiles, roles, and security
•Integrating complementary applications
•Integrating Salesforce across various platforms and devices
•Performing data loads Qualifications:The qualified candidate must have:
•7+ years' work experience in a software development environment;
•5+ years' Force.com development experience, with a strong focus on Apex and Visualforce development; (familiarity with other object oriented languages: Java, PHP, ASP.NET, Angular JS etc., is considered an asset)
•Enterprise business application development and systems integration experience working on end-to-end Salesforce projects;
•Deep understanding of SFDC programming environments (Apex, VisualForce, VSCode, etc.);
•Knowledge of the architecture of Salesforce.com objects and entities like Page Layouts, Standard and Custom Objects, Apex and VisualForce code, etc
•Experience with Salesforce.com development and configuration in a multi-tiered release environment, including hands-on experience of all deployment activities;
•Versioning control (we use BitBucket) and continuous integrations (we use Copado)
•Understanding of databases and data integration tools;
•Certified SFDC System Administrator and/or Certified SFDC Developer
•Excellent communication and analytical skills;
•Mentoring juniors, overseeing code quality and evangelizing best practices
•The ability to work independently as well as part of a geographically distributed team (remotely working from home); Nice-to-haves:
