We are working on behalf of our client, a successful and long-standing retail and distribution company, in order to find a dedicated Senior Customer Care Manager to lead a dedicated group of customer service professionals.

Location: Vancouver, BC


  • Manage customer care at various locations while consistently identifying any opportunities for improvement in ensuring an optimal customer experience
  • Provide effective and ongoing training and mentoring for staff including managers, encouraging a customer-focused approach throughout entire service delivery process
  • Ensure opportunities for employee growth and development through creating plans and monitoring performance
  • Prepare budgets, as well as monitor and manage costs, with the overall goal of improving profitability of the organization
  • Encourage and implement necessary procedures to ensure optimal business practices
  • Ensure functioning of order processing on company website
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, management team, clients, and industry contacts; this will include conducting regular customer visits


  • 3+ years of experience in a retail or wholesale management position
  • Previous experience in food and beverage industry is a strong asset
  • Proven success in driving sales and increasing company profit
  • Strong ability to manage numerous priorities in a fast-paced and changing working environment
  • You have demonstrated success in building and providing mentorship to a management team
  • You have a strong, customer-focused approach to your work and can effectively relay this to your team
  • Able to travel around Lower Mainland and work outside standard hours as needed
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with all levels of staff, management and public
  • Experience with Inventory Management or Call Centre Software
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
