Your experience in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, project and change management and your understanding of primary and community care models will be the keys to your success as a Senior Consultant, Innovation, Planning and Transformation. Build your career experience as you:
•Partner with senior leaders to craft complex, multi-stakeholder transformation initiatives; •Develop comprehensive project strategies and plans in support of these initiatives, including assessments, communication plans, pro-active risk and issue management; •Design change strategies to support people to optimal adopt and sustain new ways of working. We will be looking for you to have the following:
•Master's degree in health administration or a related discipline supplemented with project and change management courses. •Five (5) years' recent, related experience, supplemented in an environment passionate about delivering change/transformation initiatives using project and change management methods in a large complex, multi-stakeholder environment. •Valid BC Driver's Licence and access to a personal vehicle for business related purposes is required. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable
