Are you a champion of change? Are you passionate about helping people to thrive in complex and changing environments? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Consultant to play an integral role in a major clinical systems transformation.

Advance is a multi-year technology-enabled program which seeks to improve the way we deliver care and the way patients experience care for better outcomes. The program focuses on re-imagining clinical workflows, enabled by the new Meditech Expanse (Advance) Platform. This position will be part of the Advance Organization Change Management Team as well as Fraser Heath's dynamic team of internal Consultants in Innovation, Planning and Transformation. You will be supported by senior and experienced leaders who will inspire you to be creative and innovative.

You will have a proven application of change management skills and experience navigating organizational change. The keys to your success will be your collaborative and flexible approach, critical thinking skills and experience navigating organizational change, ideally in a clinical operations and healthcare context. To hit the ground running you will use your proven success in working on technology-enabled transformations.

In this role, you will make a difference as you:
    •Partner with senior leaders to develop strategies and to shape complex transformation initiatives that improve health care and patient outcomes; •Design and deliver change strategies and project and change management services to support people to successfully adopt and sustain new ways of working. •Engage multiple stakeholders in inclusive and innovative ways to build collaborative coalitions.

This is a temporary full-time position, available until 31/Mar/2023 and is based at Central City offices in Surrey, BC, with access to transit, shopping, restaurants, and other amenities.

Are you motivated to join us? We will be looking for you to have the following:
    •Master's degree in health administration or a related discipline supplemented with project and change management courses and •At least five (5) years' recent, related experience.
