Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Claims Handler Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing insurance claims efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, a good understanding of medical terminology, and exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple claims simultaneously.

Duties

Assess and process claims with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Investigate claims to determine the appropriate outcome based on policy terms.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to claims.

Qualifications

Must have level 2 insurance license and a minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance.
