The Inventory & Service Fulfillment Consumer team is responsible for building the core of the system platform enabling TELUS PureFibre. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of driving the quality and delivery of projects for TELUS PureFibre. Your strong foundation in software development, stakeholder management, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies will help you gain insight into the future of TELUS and what that means for our customers. You'll leverage various stakeholders including leaders, technical subject matter experts (SMEs), vendors and internal team members to enable technical leadership within the team to deliver on our ambitious goals. Here's how
•Own, drive, deliver and report on FIFA (Falcon Inventory, Fulfillment & Assurance) projects and initiatives (themes, ad-hoc and etc.)
•Lead and support FIFA platform governance, process evolution/revolution and tool related programs
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors and drive key metrics on delivery, quality and DevOps
•Partner with portfolio architects, identify, document, propose and drive tactical and strategic roadmaps for FIFA platform
•Mentor and develop next generation technical leaders Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•8+ years of working experience in an technical leadership capacity with a solid track record of full lifecycle project delivery
•Regarded as an effective practitioner of DevOPs & Agile who works well with people and is willing to jump in by wearing multiple hats
•Recognized for your effective technical and architectural leadership in large and complex cross-functional programs within the telecommunications fulfillment space
•Appreciated for your curiosity and willingness to step out to unknown/uncomfortable areas
•Known for your excellent presentation and communication skills including your confidence in engaging a broad set of stakeholders and collaborating with all levels of the leadership team Great-to-haves
•Previous Netcracker project/product working knowledge is a huge plus
•University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable
