This position sits within the Consumer Products and Services team at TELUS, a results-oriented, learning-based organization. •Intimately understand the needs and perspectives of the customer, leveraging existing data sources and listening posts as key insights
•Coordinate and manage the TELUS Internet capital program, coordinating the inputs of the product team into a cohesive view driving the evolution of TELUS Internet
•Analyse and conduct deep dives on key facets of our broadband services; includes identifying challenges, solutions, benefits to clients and TELUS, and key performance metrics
•Leverage insights and data to form and drive operational improvement programs focused on enhancing the customer experience and while reducing operating costs
•Build strong relationships with the technical teams and business stakeholders throughout TELUS
•Be an engaged advocate and contribute to improving general awareness of the internet portfolio within TELUS

•Strong program management skills - able to juggle multiple responsibilities and provide a cohesive view of a wide-spanning and diverse portfolio
•Data analytics skills; ability to creatively collect data, analyse and structure problems and develop recommendations - the ability to see the story behind the numbers
•Your expertise as a numbers person: strong experience in managing budgets, forecasting models, business cases
•Experience creating product backlogs, user stories, and business requirements
•Experience setting up user/community feedback loops is a strong asset
•A love and interest in technology, consumer electronics trends, and innovation
•The ability to effectively communicate, sell ideas and influence without authority
•Solid interpersonal skills and self-awareness with the ability to give, take, and act on, feedback in a positive way, ALWAYS
