•Provide operational support for Clinical Informatics Services supporting Community clinical areas •Deliver strategic planning and change management services in streamlining business processes and best practices for Health Information systems within Fraser Health clinical areas •Lead, develop and maintain the business processes to facilitate care provider access to Health Information systems •Provide Health Information systems project responsibilities by performing business systems analysis support •Lead small projects supporting project management guidelines •Develop Service Level Agreements between Health Informatics and clinical areas to support the transition of projects to operational status, maintenance and on-going support •Resolve operational issues reported by clinical areas via Informatics Service Desk •Participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of Health Informatics goals, policies and procedures for assigned clinical areas Are you motivated to join us? We will be looking for you to have the following:
•Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Systems Management or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience •3 to 5 years recent, related experience in a medium to large sized organization •Experience with Health and Corporate Information systems. Experience with the following is an asset to this role:
•Microsoft SQL (database maintenance, performance measuring, writing ad-hoc queries) •Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) •Clinical Standards: HL7 & ICD10 •Instructional Design •Adobe Captivate •Exceptional customer service (supporting users) Does this sound like an extraordinary role?
