We are an emerging team, still in our early stages of a program designed to deliver and support RPA solutions to teams which are focused on customer and network operations. We also seek to support the rest of the TELUS enterprise's RPA needs by finding ways to lower the barrier to entry and sharing our experiences with a growing RPA community at TELUS.

New to RPA? Not to worry, we are as well.

We have excellent technology partnerships which will help you kick-start your understandings of RPA and adjacent technologies which define a Digital Service Provider. We invite your contributions based on your experiences as to how we mesh emerging technology into our day-to-day operations in ways that transform TELUS' economics and yields positive human outcomes by taking the bot out of the human.

Here's how

As a valuable contributor to our growing program and a member of our project delivery team you as a Senior Business Analyst will be responsible to support a portfolio of business units and help facilitate our project delivery process. You will do this by assisting teams to identify and submit their RPA project into our funnel and work with our team of RPA developers. You will also lead the delivery of RPA solutions to operational teams to ensure they are ready and able to adapt to a newly automated process.

You can work within and facilitate a Design Thinking approach to problem solving •You can navigate ambiguity and complex issues and concepts
