We are currently working on behalf of our client, a reputable marketing organization, to find a highly committed and responsible Senior Administrator with a motivated work ethic to be a valuable contributor to their team. This individual will play an active part in providing executive and team administrative support, while delivering effective communication and client interaction.

Location: Delta, BC


  • Respond to all clients and customers, referring them to the appropriate department while attending to incoming calls and emails; you will also assist with the onboarding of new clients
  • Proactively assess team and client needs and be willing to go above and beyond for internal and external business partners
  • Complete daily correspondence with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face and engage in follow-up when necessary; this will include responding to all inquiries in a timely manner
  • Ensure the organization and cleanliness of main rooms in the office/completing set up for meetings as required
  • Manage and compile files as needed for internal and external record, while ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality
  • Manage office calendar including coordinating meetings, working sessions, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations/ edit drafts and revising when needed
  • Participate in bookkeeping, payroll, and invoice completion
  • Handle various administrative functions including mail, deliveries, faxing, filing, and printing, while maintaining sufficient stock of office supplies


  • 5+ years working in an administrative capacity
  • Proven success in revising office processes
  • Strong professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential matters
  • Superior customer service skills and proven success in maintaining positive client relationships
  • Previous experience in a customer service role an asset
  • Strong ability to work in fast-paced environments with numerous and changing tasks
  • Dedication and commitment to work
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen eye for detail
