Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of BC, this role builds and sustains business to business relationships within designated industry verticals. The Account Manager is a champion of client satisfaction. They listen enthusiastically, confidently liaise with other departments to find the right solutions, and stay up to date on our evolving product offering. Most importantly, they develop a trusted connection with our clients, always bringing relevant, value-added ideas to the conversation.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Performing quarterly reviews, you will meet with business leaders within your vertical(s) to understand their unique challenges, strategic objectives, and how our product offering can support their vision
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams that include Service Delivery, Project Services, and Administration. You will work with them to find IT solutions that fit the Client’s needs
  • Presenting solutions to the Client while asking engaging questions that elicit feedback for refinement
  • Creating deep personal connections. You consistently look to develop long-term relationships with our Clients. Always looking to “WOW” them, you proactively hunt for ways to enhance their experience
  • Contributing to the bigger conversation, you track and score Client engagement, record and measure Client satisfaction, and provide suggestions for improving Client retention
  • Continuously defining goals and strategies, you focus on growing market share and our share of wallet with Clients

  • You have a proven track record of developing and growing client relationships with a positive impact on MRR (monthly reoccurring revenue)
  • Numbers are not the narrative. While strong in business and financial acumen regarding budgets, forecasting, and cost controls, you deliver a story that clients understand
  • Ability to think on your feet, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited by new challenges
  • Along with seasoned presentation skills, you have advanced written and oral abilities
  • You enjoy collaborating with your team in different locations almost as much as you enjoy meeting with Clients virtually and in-person
  • Experience selling technical solutions is an asset
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or direct business experience is an asset
