This opportunity is with a Vancouver-based, integral company in the mining sector. This Accounts Payable and Payroll job will give you the opportunity to be part of a growing company in a stable industry.


In this role, you will report to the Assistant Controller and will be processing payroll for 25+ people, managing all aspects of Accounts Payable, and working in a team environment. Key responsibilities include processing semi-monthly payroll using ADP online, recording journal entries, processing invoices, preparing expense reports and intercompany invoices on a monthly basis. Other payroll responsibilities include tracking vacation accrual, calculating stock option benefits, and preparing ROE’s.


To be successful in this role you must have experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), knowledge and experience processing payroll and accounts payable transactions. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are an asset!
