Our client, a well-established law firm located in the Fraser Valley, is hiring an Intermediate Wills & Estates Legal Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 3 years’ Wills & Estates experience in to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and professional candidate to join a great team of professionals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and draft wills, correspondence and accounts as required
  • Setting up and managing estate, probate and administration files
  • Communicating with clients and representatives
  • Other tasks and duties as may be assigned

Job Requirements include but aren’t limited to: 

  • Graduate of an accredited legal administrative assistant program
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Wills and Estates
  • Advanced computer skills including Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel
  • Excellent, written and oral communication skills
