We are currently hiring for multiple positions within our Burnaby office including a Sales Agent position and a Sales Manager position.
Sales position - We will provide you with clients (no cold calls, no door knocking, no messaging 500 of your Facebook friends - ONLY WARM LEADS). You will set appointments to meet with our clients when YOU want to work. This provides a very flexible schedule. Upon appointments, you will help our clients enrol in their unionized benefit packages.
Management position - Your daily roles will be to locate new sales candidates throughout recruitment websites including Craigslist etc. This means you will be conducting the interview process (scripts and questions provided). You will be responsible for training these new agents, continually coaching them, making sure they hit their numbers and targets, and ultimately leading them to success.

- Customer service/sales experience
- Proven self-starter with energy and motivation
- Strong verbal communication
- Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a state/providence background check
