This posting is to fill temporary vacancies which end August 28, 2024 and September 4, 2024 and may be extended.
These positions will be located in one of the Ministry's Orchard locations in Tappen and Vernon.
These positions have full-time on-site work requirements.

The Seed Orchard Pruner/Picker is responsible for maintenances of orchard cones through picking and collecting (Picker) or will be responsible for the maintenance of orchard trees through pruning (Pruner).

The Seed Orchard Cleaner is responsible for carrying out a variety of general labour and cleaning activities relating to the sanitization of common areas and tools to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a sanitary workplace.
