WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your primary responsibility is safely escorting medical teams and patients to and from East Kootenay Regional Hospital, travelling through different parts of the region to do so. When not completing these duties, you will assist patrolling healthcare facilities in the area to make sure they have safe and accessible environments . This involves promptly filling out detailed incident reports whenever an issue arises, so you can discover solutions on how to keep staff, patients, and guests feeling comfortable in the secure environment you provide

• Hold a valid First Aid/CPR certification or are willing to obtain one
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Valid Class driver's license and clean driver's abstract
• Previous security experience and security license or willing to obtain
