Job Skills / Requirements
Our Operators are responsible for facilitating communication between our Security Officers in the field, clients on site, and Paladin management, throughout the province, by utilizing phone, radio, and email regarding site safety, extra coverage request, emergency situations, and more.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming / outbound calls and email communication
• Dispatch alarm response calls
• Initiate after-hour emergency service calls and security requests
• Use exceptional customer service skills while remaining calm and focused in stressful, high-pressure situations, adapting quickly in a dynamic environment
• Document all information into comprehensive reports
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of dispatching, scheduling, or related work experience
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and strong interpersonal abilities
• Great computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office
• Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability to handle confidential company and employee information, procedures and facilities systems with discretion
• Solid security knowledge and situational awareness
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Work Hours: These are 24/7 positions, so candidates with open availability to work morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts are preferred.
