to provide support within our Acquired Brain Injury Services
. We need your help to expand the ability to deliver prompt and professional service. Position Highlights:
Bring your resourcefulness and effective problem solving skills to a role where you can really make a difference. In this dynamic role you will provide administrative support in a fast-paced and service oriented environment. Build on your career experience as you:
•Perform reception services such as typing material utilizing word processing software, setting-up and maintaining various filing systems and record archives, inputting data and processing mail, faxes and courier documents; •Receive and direct clients/visitors, answer the telephone and take messages or redirect calls; provide general information regarding Acquired Brain Injury Services and resources available to the community. •Assist with client intake by as obtaining information from clients, completing documentation required for admission, and collaborating closely with sources to obtain additional client information; schedules and confirms clients for programs and/or services and establishes and maintains waiting lists. •Completes documents such as contracts, contract renewals, expenditure authorizations and letters of agreements; forwards documents for signature. As the successful candidate you have:
•Completion of Grade 12 •Two (2) years recent related experience •Ability to type 50 WPM •Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. Valued Benefits
