In this role, you'll: - Operate enterprise scale multi-cloud applications with a DevOps culture at its heart
- Troubleshoot and analyze production issues that affect real customers
- Automate repetitive tasks and improve existing processes
- Monitor and observe for anomalies and prevent outages
Who you are: We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- A student in computer science or a similar discipline
- Comfortable working with Linux and Windows operating systems
- Basic familiarity with at least one cloud infrastructure platform, e.g. AWS, Azure or GCP
- Able to apply critical thinking skills to understand the root cause of an issue
- Passionate about automation and making the computers do the work for you
- Basic knowledge of scripting e.g. Python, shell, bash
- Able to work within a global team, embracing different perspectives & cultures
- Fluent in the English language, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Efficiently and calmly operate under pressure in emergency situations
- Strong customer focus, service minded, and experience in handling customer escalations
