The Commercial Sales Channel Team Leader is responsible for the management of the Commercial Account Managers sales team and answers directly to the General Sales Manager. It is expected the incumbent hold a normal quantity of account management work and lead the sales channel account managers in day to day activity and assist with all technical requirements needed to support the team.
The incumbent is responsible to manage and work with the Administrative Coordinator to gather and organize budget reporting data and maintain all reporting models for our commercial channel sales.
The incumbent is responsible for the management of the team’s coordination, planning and collaboration with industry specialists supporting the commercial channel qualified sales funnel.
Integrity, vision, professionalism and a driven passion for the team’s success are key components of this position. Provides personal development and training options to the team both in person and through outside opportunities.
The Commercial Channel Sales Team Leader may be expected to attend trade exhibits and or meet face to face with clients.
