About our Client

Our client is a global company in the technology sector that focuses on the future and operates under the strong philosophy of doing what is right by providing the best service possible in the world of document solutions. They are currently looking for a vibrant and experienced Sales Manager to join their team in Port Coquitlam on a full-time permanent basis. The working hours are 8 am to 5 pm. In this role, you will be in charge of the overall management and operation of the Direct Sales Team with a focus on increasing sales. Responsibilities

  • Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets
  • Manage, control, and execute plans for various departments
  • Hire and train employees to ensure they are successful in meeting business goals
  • Responsible for Brand promotion
  • Prepare Monthly Sales Reports
  • Maintain and improve relations with the clients
  • Motivate Sales Team to ensure the team is delivering the desired results
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
  • Implement marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results
  • Handle all aspects of Sales Department issues that occur
  • Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand
  • Maintain a current knowledge of all products including competitors
  • Manage the business in accordance to the company's philosophy

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years experience managing printer products
  • Print and digital document solutions industry experience
  • Prior experience leading a sales team
  • Proven track record in B2B Sales Management
  • Prior work experience in an international manufacturing organization is an asset
  • Creative, energetic and charismatic personality
  • High degree of professionalism and the ability to present themselves and the company well
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Team player
