Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Performance & Meet Monthly Targets
Set, monitor, and achieve monthly sales objectives while supporting team revenue goals. - Lead, Coach, and Develop the Sales Team
Provide ongoing training, performance guidance, and support to improve sales effectiveness. - Ensure Excellent Customer Experience & Satisfaction
Maintain high standards in customer follow-up, vehicle delivery, and overall satisfaction (CSI). - Support Sales Closings & Maintain Strong Product Knowledge
Assist with deal negotiations, close sales when needed, and stay fully informed on product details. - Maintain Strong Cross-Department Communication & Follow Dealership Processes
Ensure smooth coordination with other departments and consistent adherence to dealership policies and procedures.
To Be Successful You Will Need to:
- A minimum of 5 years in an Automotive Sales Manager role.
- Computer and software expert, we have the latest high tech software here.
- Be passionate about high-quality work output with good attention to detail.
- Take initiative, love challenges, and thrive on learning new skills
- Be organized, a good communicator with a great work ethic.
- Be able to lead and grow your own team to be the best players.
- Have a willingness to learn on the job with the ability to follow processes and implement them.
- Have a can-do, whatever it takes approach to the opportunity.
