 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Inventory management - determine inventory needs, purchase vehicles, determine reconditioning requirements.
  • Perform trade-in appraisals.
  • Direct, motivate and train sales team to achieve maximum results.
  • Provide coaching and leadership on best sales practices to the sales team.
  • Assist in preparing sales forecasting.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, and source out training opportunities.
  • Maintain positive and successful customer relationships, ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years automotive sales experience.
  • Proven leadership ability to engage and motivate a dynamic sales force.
  • Strong client relation skills, with track record of developing and retaining long term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, driven to succeed, has strong business acumen, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Analytical acumen, with the ability to interpret and reconcile numerical data.
  • Effective negotiator and possess a great deal of professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. English fluency is required, ability to speak 2nd language (Mandarin/Cantonese) is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite, knowledge of CDK is an asset.
  • Valid VSA License.
  • Valid BC Driver’s License, with a clean driver’s abstract.
