About our Client

Our client, a waste management company is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of 5 sales representatives. In this position you will focus on providing solutions for revenue growth while bringing in new business prospects. Responsibilities

• Managing sales team, developing plans, and advising management on business relationships
• Constructing revenue reports and hosting sales meetings
• Advising account managers
• Negotiating contracts and sales agreements
• Providing solutions for any customer resolution required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Previous experience of 3-5 years in Sales Management is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and English communication skills both written and verbal
• Professional demeanor with ability to problem solve
