 What you will do:

  • Perform outbound sales development activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, opportunity qualifications and appointment setting
  • Meet or exceed activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments and new opportunites
  • Conduct research on charitable industries to understand prospective clients’ needs and interests.
  • Manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Build fun, collaborative, and effective relationships with the Senior Sales Representatives (ERP) to help close sales and improve for the future

Who and what we are looking for:

  • An effective communicator with a strong and engaging phone presence for developing new business
  • Believes in customer-centricity and has a passion for helping non-profits make a difference
  • A positive, resilient and go-getter attitude with the desire to constantly grow and succeed
  • Telephone experience with value-based selling skills is preferred but not required

This is an entry level position that requires only that you are eager to learn; passionate for sales and that you are looking to make a difference in the world while being surrounded by like-minded individuals.
