Job Description
Sales Development / Lead Generation is an integral part of the sales process. This is the first step in connecting with potential clients.
We are looking for up-and-coming sales professionals who will work hard, and create results. This is a full-time remote position with a great opportunity to be part of an ever-growing industry and take part in our success!

Your role would be to simply contact & generate qualified prospects with businesses across Canada and help your team by being the face of our company.
We offer a very competitive wage along with bonus and commission enhancements. The starting wage is $18/hour, bonus is paid based on company performance and commissions are paid on individual successes.
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling B2B potential clients
- Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Qualifying leads and booking appointments for our sales team
- Meet and exceed monthly goals
Requirements:
- Professional telephone manner and a clear speaking voice with good English
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects over the phone promptly
- Passion and drive for sales
- Previous sales, customer service or call center experience is required
- Experience in any of the following: market research, lead generation, customer service, or inside sales
- Access to dedicated high-speed internet (Minimum speed 10 meg upload)
- Have access to a computer meeting the following criteria (Windows 8 or higher) At least 4G of RAM, 20” + screen, Keyboard and mouse, wired headset)
- Have access to a designated area in the home (Closed Door)
- Have access to a quiet, no noise background environment
- Have access to a secure and ergonomically correct workstation
