How you can make an impact:

As a Lead Qualification Specialist, you will serve as the liaison between our lead generation representatives and our senior sales associates to develop new business in our Elite Rep Program (ERP) division. Your main responsibility is to qualify/ disqualify warm leads generated by our Lead Gen Team and book final online presentations for our Senior Sales Reps to close the sales.

This is a great opportunity for someone who needs comprehensive B2B sales training before they can grow into a senior software sales (SaaS) or leadership role at Metasoft. You will have the opportunity to learn from our highly experienced, top performing Senior Sales Reps and sharpen your own sales skills.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Warm call qualified prospects who are scheduled for online presentations with our senior sales associates
  • Ask intelligent questions to understand prospects’ fundraising needs/challenges and determine if they are sales ready prospects
  • Qualify/ disqualify prospective clients based on certain criteria and your sales knowledge
  • Confirm qualified appointments, coordinate and manage our senior sales reps’ calendars
  • Meet your KPI objectives while being a great team layer and challenging yourself to grow and make an impact

Who we are looking for:

  • You have previous telephone sales, telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting or cold calling experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, self-motivated, tenacious personality
  • Successful experience prospecting and qualifying complex sales involving multiple influencers and C-level executives a plus
  • Post education in professional sales, marketing, business etc. will be an asset
  • Experience/knowledge in the “not-for-profit” and/or fundraising environment a plus
