Your New CareerWe have an exciting opportunity for full-time Account Executives to join our team on a hybrid work model in our stunning downtown Vancouver, BC headquarters.
Your main role will be talking with recruitment decision-makers in small to large enterprises, and advising them on which of our recruitment solutions will be best suited to their needs.
Some key accountabilities will be:
As the primary adviser to your portfolio, you will also provide expert account management. You will also be backed by in-house teams of recruitment specialists (copywriters, advertisers, shortlisters, and recruitment software specialists) who will provide & execute the actual recruitment solutions, and even collaborate with your sales strategies.
About YouTo qualify, you'll have proven years of successful sales experience, and have worked in some capacity in a B2B environment (e.g., software sales, SaaS, recruitment services, etc.). We recognize that the ideal candidate sometimes takes time to build up, but don't worry, our extensive training program will get you where you need to be!
