As the Account Manager, you will be in charge of identifying and assessing customer needs and finding new business opportunities to drive and grow sales.

The hours for this role can be 8AM to 4.30PM or 7AM to 3.30PM, Monday to Friday. After successful completion of the probationary period, they are offering a hybrid working model, 3 days in office, 2 days from home. Occasional travel to the US for business review meetings will be required.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and provide top service to existing accounts
  • Address all customer issues in a timely manner
  • Prospect for new business and closing sales
  • Attend meetings and tradeshows in Canada and US
  • Assist Customer Service team with customer requests
  • Variety of other duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • 2+ years’ experience in product sales account management
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or additional relevant experience
  • Excellent computer competency, experience with CRM and ERP systems is a must (asset if experience is with MS Dynamics 365, NAV and/or Business Central)
  • Fantastic communication and rapport-building skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Confident and collaborative team player
  • Valid passport and ability to travel to the US
  • Proof of vaccinations required
