Your new company
Employment Office (EO) is not a traditional “employment agency” – we are a Recruitment Solutions organization and an expert in effective recruitment processes and recruitment marketing strategies.
Our trusted and proven products empower our customers to secure the very best candidates for their organization. We make recruitment an easier and more cost-effective process where we bring the expertise and handle the work, but the customer stays in charge.
Your new career
You'll be working predominantly by phone, but also face to face, talking with the recruitment decision makers in businesses with between 50 and 400 employees, and advising them on which of our recruitment solutions will be best suited to their particular needs.
You’ll be backed by in-house teams of recruitment specialists (copywriters, advertisers, shortlisters, recruitment software specialists) who will provide & execute the actual recruitment solutions, and who will even step into your conversations and help you sell. But you’re the primary adviser to your customers – pulling the right combination of products together for them and then providing them with your expert account management into the future, developing strong relationships.
You’ll find your new role to be extremely enjoyable, varied and interesting. We have a close-knit team of professionals who enjoy each other’s company as well as their interaction with clients from a wide variety of sectors and industries.
What we need from you
We’ll need you to be articulate and well presented, you'll have a healthy dose of persistence, with the confidence and the ability to engage with senior business people that are growing their businesses.
You don’t need to have qualifications or experience in recruitment to be successful in this role, although it’s definitely an advantage so if you’re a seasoned recruiter, we’d love to hear from you! But experience working in some capacity in a business environment, and the confidence and ability to gain the ear of, and develop a rapport with, senior business people, is crucial. After all – you’ll be speaking with them about a key area of their business’s pain. It’s easier when you can ‘speak their language’!
Tell me about the Benefits
With a Global network in an evolving industry, EO has ambitious growth plans for the future. We're going places and we're looking to take exceptional individuals along for the journey.
For your hard work and dedication, you'll be rewarded with an attractive salary package (base plus commissions), depending on skills and experience. Additionally, you'll also enjoy a host of other benefits.
