THE TEAM

The mission of the Support Operations Department is to be the Retail conduit for our Support Office teams, ensuring considered integration and collaboration

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Retail Operations teams are growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to lead the team responsible for representing the Retail experience and integration requirements to all cross-functional departments throughout Support Office. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that any new initiatives and/or potential impacts to Retail from cross functional initiatives or program changes are carefully considered, planned, seamlessly change managed and represent the Retail experience and priorities on the back end. You will drive scalability through initiatives such as simplification and standardization of processes and sharing of best practices across the team and the groups. THE ROLE

As the Sr. Director, Integration, you will lead the team to:
  • Be the gatekeepers of work that will impact Retail, ensuring the right efforts are put behind the right priorities at the right time
  • Be the voice of Retail in the development process for any events or initiatives that will impact our front-end or back-end teams
  • Accelerate performance of new infrastructure by maximizing adoption and ability and minimizing change impacts through effective communications, training, and advocacy efforts
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience


THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Sr. Director, Integration has:
  • Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications, including significant experience in a similar Retail Operations role
  • A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
  • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
  • The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team
