We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to bring your excellent work ethic to our Primary Care team.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Interprofessional Teams, the Community Respiratory Therapist is responsible for the delivery of Community Respiratory Services within Northern Health including promotion of respiratory health, assessment, diagnostic testing, education, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with respiratory dysfunction. Formulates and documents respiratory care plans and disease self-management strategies.

Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday / Days 08:30 to 16:30

Qualfications
• Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program. Successful completion of the Canadian Board of Respiratory Care (CBRC) credentialing exam. Eligible for membership with the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) and the British Columbia Society of Respiratory Therapists (BCSRT). Two years' recent related experience in respiratory home care, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Current CPR certification.
• Valid BC driver's license and access to personal vehicle for work related purposes.
