CSD's National Resource Strategy Team is looking for a dynamic and poised individual to support our tactical Resource Planning team. You are a proven leader with forecast and supply/demand analytical experience executing on our capacity management strategy of being the world's best users of time and possess a strong background working with historical and operational data in driving results.
Reporting to the Manager-Operations RRM Strategy & Planning you are a proven leader with forecasting and supply/demand analytical experience.
You are responsible for powering the customer experience through leadership, supporting and collaborating with cross functional teams including National Resource Strategy, TCS CARE, Assure, and the CSD Home Team. This position requires thoughtful leadership skills, team work, innovative thinking and strong execution skills. Responsibilities:
•Develop, implement and manage the forward looking Supply & Demand resource forecast models for specific TELUS Future Friendly Home products
•Work closely with Sales, Marketing and NRS Strategy Team Members to gather and analyze product forecasts as well as product development/launch activities across your region of responsibility
•Develop and manage ongoing supplier guidance and forecasted work volumes to partner field resources
•Manage and adjust field technician capacity across your region ensuring optimum service levels for fulfillment and assurance activities
•Lead weekly and monthly interlock meetings with CSD Home Team members ensuring optimal field technician utilization
•Work closely with Finance to ensure interlock between operational plans and financial budgets
•Support continuous improvement programs and initiatives
• Perform statistical analysis and identify demand pattern changes associated to growth, trends and seasonality including forecast variance Qualifications: Required Knowledge:
•Experience analyzing and reporting on performance and financial data
•Forecasting analytics with Supply/Demand experience is required
•Solid understanding of TELUS field operations and planning processes
•Education or equivalent experience with mathematics and statistics would be considered an asset Required Skills & Abilities:

•Technical/business post-secondary diploma with a complementary business experience or a University Business Degree
