Resident Caretaker required for quiet community, Coquitlam, BC

Our client is the largest Property Management firm in the Tri-City area of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody. With services including Strata Management, Rental Property Management, and Real Estate. The staff are dedicated to providing friendly and professional service to all clients.
Your new role
Working alongside the strata council, the Resident Caretaker is responsible for all aspects of maintenance, incident reporting, purchasing and inventory control. Your duties will include but are not limited to; making frequent and regular inspections of the buildings and premises to ensure their cleanliness, be responsible for the supervision and assigning work orders to onsite vendors and trades people, maintain close relationships with strata agent and keep them informed of problems within the strata corporation, maintaining a daily log of operations along with all grounds maintenance.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you will be experienced in managing a residential apartment building from both a maintenance and to a lesser degree, administration perspective. You will also need to demonstrate high-level customer service skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
