The company is a comprehensive enterprise, redeveloping, owning and managing their properties across the Lower Mainland.  They have recently geared their corporate goals towards further redevelopment and more exciting projects in the Lower Mainland. Even after 50 years of established success in the area, this company continues to grow and are keen to support an individual with that shared growth mindset.  In this role as Rental Property Manager – the growth here is taking on larger responsibility and being more involved in redevelopment projects over time.




Reporting to a General Manager, your role as Rental Property Manager will be to look after a portfolio of high-end apartment buildings all owned by the company and manage an in-house resident caretaker team. Here are some portfolio details and expected duties:


  • 7-8 buildings all with live-in resident managers
  • Strong in-office support staff (Property Administrators)
  • Developing property budgets, coordinating with contractors for renovation projects, overall management
  • Working collaboratively with your team on building issues as they come up




  • 2 years as a residential property manager
  • Previous experience looking after multiple buildings
  • Driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Experience managing resident caretakers  




  • $60,000 - $65,000
  • 2-3 weeks vacation
  • Benefits 100% paid for by company - Dental; Extended Medical; Paramedical package
  • Phone Allowance
  • Mileage for your vehicle
  • Tuition reimbursement
