Job Description

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable working with computers. Full training will be provided.

This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career and looking to gain office experience in a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter data into company systems with accuracy and attention to detail
Review and update records to ensure information is correct
Maintain digital and paper files in an organized manner
Respond to basic email inquiries related to data records
Assist team members with simple administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, typing)
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
