The Opportunity

Titan Edge Global is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support routine recordkeeping and administrative work. You will help ensure that information is entered correctly, documents are organized, and records remain up to date.

This position is fully remote. Your working hours will be agreed with your supervisor, with clear expectations for deadlines, communication, and any required virtual meetings.

What You’ll Do

Transfer information from digital documents into company systems.
Update spreadsheets and existing records.
Check completed entries against source documents.
Identify missing details, duplicate entries, and inconsistencies.
Organize electronic files using established procedures.
Ask for clarification when information is incomplete or unclear.
Keep track of completed assignments and outstanding tasks.
Handle confidential information according to company procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Accurate typing and careful attention to detail.
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software.
Clear written communication.
Good organization and time-management skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Reliable internet access and a suitable home workspace.

Previous data-entry, records-management, or administrative experience is an asset.

Working From Home
