This is a unique role, requiring superb customer service skills, strong computer proficiency and the ability to handle stressful situations.  As a “Move Advocate” for the company, your job will be to provide support and guidance for customers in all aspects of their relocation – everything from providing them with destination services to home searches to household goods relocation.

This position facilitates seamless communication of vital information between the relocating client and all contracted parties involved in the relocation, with an emphasis on dealing directly with third party vendors.


Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

  • Professional customer service training
  • Post-secondary undergrad degree essential
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • A minimum of one year’s account management or customer service experience preferably in a related field such as real estate, mobility, relocation, etc.
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Additional language skills would be an asset
