We currently have an opportunity for a casual Rehabilitation Assistant
for our Tertiary Older Adult Acute Program at Chilliwack General Hospital
located in Chilliwack, British Columbia.
This is your opportunity to:
•Assist in the provision of care to individuals who are experiencing serious mental health and bio-psychosocial problems •Support an older adult population with assigned rehabilitative activities including activities of daily living •Monitor and evaluate client progression and work with an experienced and dedicated interdisciplinary team
As the successful candidate, you must have completed a Rehab Assistant Program, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Food Safe Level 1 is also required. You must be registered with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
