A global financial institution is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Administrator to join the Retail Banking and Wealth Management team Downtown Vancouver, BC. This contract runs until the end of the year and pays $22-27/hr pending education and experience.
Your new role
In your new role as Regulatory Reporting Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the production of Fund Regulatory Reporting documents. Your tasks will include, monitoring the general inbox to ensure all incoming tasks are prioritized, updating the documents using their internal system, following up on group queries, and coordinating between teams, scheduling group meetings for projects, taking meeting minutes, distributing work, and working with a variety of different entities including external legal counsel, auditors, and vendors.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have post secondary education. You have 3 years administration experience in a professional setting. The ideal candidate would be a Junior Project Manager. Willingness to learn and adapt is key. You have excellent skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Sharepoint. You have intermediate Excel skills (formulas, vlookup, and pivot tables), and ideally have asset management and mutual fund experience.
