At PwC, our people in marketing focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives. These individuals focus on driving revenue growth, promoting the Firm's services, enhancing brand visibility, and capturing new business opportunities. They utilise market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective strategies to engage clients, enhance the firm's brand and market presence, and achieve organisational targets. Our Regional Marketing team leads external brand strategy development and implementation across multiple business units, media, social and digital channels. As part of the team, you'll be involved with driving marketing programs, branding events, corporate leadership seminars, public relations and business marketing forums.
Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Regional Marketing Manager , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Serve as the primary marketing voice for BC regional leadership, providing strategic insights that shape and influence marketing strategy
• Supporting the Regional Vice Chair by enabling the adoption and leverage of national marketing campaigns in region (through coordination with national marketing teams); manage the budget, ROI and performance evaluation of regional initiatives
• Planning and often managing event logistics , including critical path development, invitation development and distribution, registration management, seating plans, event team liaison, list management, presentation development, ROI metrics, and other related support as needed
• Tactics may include but are not limited to events and webinars, email marketing, organic social media, content production, and sponsorship
• Working closely with PR to identify and nurture regional media opportunities
• Raising the profile of regional leadership by providing hands on social medial support, including writing long form content
• Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives with our internal teams, business stakeholders and agency partners
• Writing content for a variety of external communications, online advertising, and select internal communications
• Reviewing and editing marketing materials to ensure content produced is of high quality, with consistent use of PwC brand guidelines
• Supportofregional industry focused event/sponsorship opportunities. This will include nurturing relationships with associations and organizers
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in a professional services or corporate environment
• Event experience is required
• Experience in leveraging social media with proven results in building engagement and audience
• Experience in the management of external suppliers of support services
• Experience in managing a budget in support of marketing and event plans
• Exceptional project management and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting
• Proven ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders across teams and levels, and drive strategic initiatives
• Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Phenom)
• An innovative problem solver comfortable proposing new ideas and solutions
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives

T his position ensures continuity and upholds our standards of excellence following the departure of a valued team member.
The salary range for this position is $81,900 - $131,900. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres . Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
