Job Purpose
The Regional Administrative Assistant has responsibility of providing administrative services to the Regional Director and Regional Manager Administration in the office. The incumbent provides accurate and timely administrative assistance in a professional, businesslike manner with minimal direction. The incumbent requires a very good understanding of procedures to work independently.

Key Accountabilities
• Provide telephone support to the Regional Team.
• Provide administrative support to the Regional Team (i.e. maintaining schedules, manage all travel arrangements, booking meetings and conference calls, interviews, etc.)
• Preparing printed materials for all meetings.
• Support all event coordination (i.e. sales conferences, branch meetings, regional workshops, conference calls, etc.)
• Responsible for preparation and processing of all regional expenses.
• Responsible for all administration and follow up on administration generated by the Branch Network and all members of the Regional Team (i.e., corporate expenses, photocopying, filing, etc.)
• Responsible for supporting various processes as assigned by the Regional Director and Regional Manager Administration (i.e, Preparation and distribution of monthly reports)
• General office management (maintaining supplies, maintaining office equipment: phones, printers, orders, etc.).
• Ordering marketing material such as letterhead, business cards, notepads, hang-tabs, labels, etc).
• Filing and shipping confidential files to storage as needed to Iron Mountain.

Functional Competencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft systems; Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Financial Services Industry experience

Education/ Experience
• Secondary Education
