Summary: As a Regional Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the administrative functions in our accounting department, including supervision of admin staff, ensuring that all dealership procedures are followed, and all office systems are functioning. You will also perform various types of financial analysis and account reconciliations relating to the region.
If you have your CPA designation or a post-secondary degree in accounting, previous supervising experience, and have exceptional people skills, then we want to hear from you!
Post-secondary degree in Accounting or CPA designation required
5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Supervisory experience is required
Advanced accounting knowledge including ability to prepare, analyze and interpret financial reports
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with data analytics tools (eg. power BI) preferred
Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise a high level of judgement and discretion
Excellent time management with the demonstrated ability to effectively manage leadership responsibilities and be accountable
Valid Driver's License and Passport required
