Horizon Recruitment Inc. is Western Canada’s largest specialized Supply Chain and Finance recruitment firm. We consistently deliver exceptional results for the clients we serve and candidates we represent. Due to continued growth in our recruitment and sales department, we are looking to hire a talented Recruitment Coordinator for our team.


  • Utilize various online and offline sourcing techniques to locate new business opportunities and potential candidates
  • Track data within the ATS to ensure accurate information is being provided to the recruitment and sales team
  • Use the company’s ATS to prescreen, interview and submit candidates to account manager.
  • Manage the posting process including posting jobs to appropriate advertising channels, keeping track of expired jobs and tracking the status of each job
  • Administer Reference and Background checks
  • Manage contractor end dates, lunches and revenue with company’s ATS and Excel.
  • Prepare customized client contracts, proposals, and presentation
  • Assist in developing marketing collateral such as brochures, sales folder, etc.
  • Assist in the planning and managing of events and trade shows
  • Work on various research projects on an as needed basis


  • Post-secondary education in sales, marketing and/or business
  • 2 years of experience within a fast paced corporate environment, ideally in recruitment or sales 
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative, investigative, and problem solving skills
  • Experience in Human Resources would also be an asset
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Advanced level computing skills with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint including experience in data extraction and manipulation
  • A can do attitude and demonstrated consistency in achieving a high level of production
